Tabata One Arm Swings (Rest holding the weight in the hand being worked)

1 minute rest in Plank Position

Monday and Tuesday will be max dead lift day.  Get ready for some new PR's.

After a long night of hard labor, mama GoodYear (365 pounds pictured)....

.....delivered 2 boucing baby boy Goodyears (425 pounds each).

So now, instead of just flipping off our favorite local "Rockstars", we can flip some tires as well.  Thanks Matt and Cindy for arranging and helping with the delivery.

Today is Cindy's first day of teaching class without me looking over her shoulder.  She will be running the 5:30 a.m.  Make sure you post your comments as to how she did.  She created today's workout as well, so let her have it.  :)

25 Overhead Squats

400m Run

The overhead squats are to be done with weight.  The preferred option today is a single dumbbell (scale the weight) and perform the squats with one hand over your head holding a dumbbell.  Altlernate arms however you like.
