Tabata This
Overhead Squats
(rest is held in the bottom position of squat. PVC never leaves overhead until 4 minutes are completed.)
Push-ups
(rest is held in the plank position, military style.)
Windhsield Wipers
(rest with legs straight up. Feet never touch the floor until the 4 minutes are completed.)
One arm DB/KB Swing
(switch hands after 2 minutes. DB/KB is held by working arm for 2 minutes, then switch hands. DB/KB does not hit the floor until the 4 minutes are completed.)
Tabata timer continues through all 4 movements (16 minutes). Post comments.

Team Ladder Training
Push- ups
Sit-ups
Pull-ups
Split up into pairs and perform the exercises up to 20 reps.
Example: 1 person does 1 rep, the other person does one rep, then 2 and 2.......all the way to 20 reps. When you finish with the push-ups, go to the sit-ups......
Modified version: 1 person performs one rep, the other person performs 2, then 3 and 4 and alternate your way up to 20 reps. When you finish with the push-ups, go to the sit-ups......

I threw Carole out into the Wolves this morning. She will be running the 5:30 a.m. classes starting Monday April 28th while I start the outdoor women's outdoor boot camp.

Jen and Gabby witnessed this and kept score for me. I told her to stop telling me the number of reps I was on after I hit 200 at 10:49. My quads felt like my forearms did after Fran. I was suprised that I blew my old score of 304 out of the water.
